When a local police detective starts stepping on his toes, both professionally and personally, Ronnie, the head of security at a large shopping mall, who secretly dreams of one day becoming a police officer, begins a personal war with him over a pair of open cases and the girl of his dreams, in Hill’s – for the most part – painfully unfunny comedy, which manages, however, to elicit the odd laugh through the presence of the ever dependable Faris.
