With some slightly awkward dialogue and a rather incongruously gooey score, Peter Morgan’s gently funny though only mildly diverting third instalment of his Tony Blair trilogy dramatises the titular relationship between UK Prime Minister Tony Blair and US President Bill Clinton, touching on such recent historical events as the Northern Ireland peace process, the Monica Lewinsky scandal, and the war in Kosovo.
